2: Our Offer
NumiCorner offers the following products:
– Coins
– Banknotes
– Collectible Items
NumiCorner endeavours to provide customers with the most complete and accurate product descriptions possible, providing customers with the details needed to assess an item.
Product images will accurately represent the product and other essential information will be provided, as deemed necessary by NumiCorner.
Orders will be processed by Numicorner as far as stocks last. We cannot be held responsible for issues regarding out-of-stock items. In such cases, customers will be informed at the earliest possible convenience. Any payments already made by the customer in connection with that item in question will be reimbursed by NumiCorner within a period of 30 calendar days following the notification and cancellation of the order.
3: Placing an Order
Every customer who wants to place an order is required to create a personal account. Following every order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with details of said order.
4: Payment
– Until the goods have been paid for, they will remain the property of NumiCorner. Money Corner offers the following payment options: – Mastercard – Visa Card – Maestro – Bancontact – IDEAL – SOFORT Banking – Belfius – KBC / CBC – ING Homepay
– NumiCorner reserves the right to make an exception to the payment term (after receipt of the coins or banknotes) and to ask the consumer for a prepayment.
5: Processing Time
We will do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. The processing time may be longer depending on the number of orders. Items purchased during a presale will only be sent when we have received the goods ourselves.
6: Shipping
When purchasing an item from our website, you have 2 delivery options. 1
1) Normal Shipment: For all shipments up to £25.00 you have the choice to receive it by regular mail (£4.50). You hereby take responsibility for the damage or failure of the package to arrive. This is because we do not have Track and Trace and have no control over your parcel when it leaves our premises. We recommend registered shipping to avoid this issue.
2) Registered Mail: Any order over £25.00 will automatically be sent by registered mail with a Track and Trace number. These shipments are fully insured.
7: Right of Withdrawal
You can return items within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you wish to return your item, contact us in writing within this period, clearly stating the reason for your return. Without a response after 14 calendar days, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase. Then return the item (including all accessories, in the original packaging and with the original invoice) within 14 days of receipt to the following address: (I will put address manually later, as I am moving house during next 2 months)
8: Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with our products or services, please contact us by email and we will respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
